I joined Crawford Financial Services in 2023 with a background in client service, office operations and financial support. I’m originally from Smyrna Delaware, and earned my bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning and Wealth Management in 2020. Before joining the firm, I worked in the fraud department at Bank of America, where I strengthened my skills in customer service, problem-solving and navigating financial systems.
At CFS, I focus on managing day-to-day operations and handling client service requests. I take pride in making sure every client interaction is smooth, professional and positive. I’m always ready to help, find answers, and support both our clients and our team however I can.
